No, it is a new invented story in the chosen genre and plot. In the idea you can set the place, the era, the mood and details worth keeping in mind, and the heroes' character from the form makes them easy to recognise.
How long does it take to write the book?
Usually 15–30 minutes. AI plans the plot, writes the book chapter by chapter and draws the illustrations. We will send a notification when the book is ready.
Will the heroes look like my loved ones?
Yes, if you upload a clear photo of the face. AI first draws a character sheet with close-up portraits of the heroes and then uses it for every illustration.
Who is named as the author?
You are. Your name is on the cover and at the end of the book, and the book opens with a dedication to the person you are giving it to. That is the point of the gift: not a book you bought, but a book you wrote.
Can I print the book?
Yes. Besides the PDF for reading, you get a PDF for a print shop: the cover with a spine for a softcover and a hardcover, then the page block with bleeds. There are also PDFs for a photo book in 15×20 and 20×20 cm. The print shop just picks the pages it needs.
How do I give the book?
Send the link: the book opens in a browser on a phone or computer. Or print it and give it as a real book.
What is the difference between the quality levels?
The premium book is longer and has more detailed high-resolution illustrations. The standard book is shorter and has fewer illustrations. Both have a cover, contents, dedication and a PDF for printing.
How long is the book stored?
Without Prime, the book is deleted after a while, like other generated content — download the PDF or get Prime to keep it forever.
